I had an Egg McMuffin yesterday (sans ham) and an iced coffee and that's essentially all I ate all day. I felt that sit in my stomach all day into the night. I was super nauseated, too
Around dinner time I ate some yogurt hoping that it would help. I don't know if t did, but I think the nausea abated a bit.
Today I still feel a lump in my stomach but I'm also hungry. Last friggin thing I want to do is pile mfing food into my stomach. So, ideas? I'm also planning to go get some papaya enzymes at the store to help now and have on hand.
Right now my instinct is to eat fruit.
